Dr. Sanjay Kumar is affiliated with Saraswati College of Professional Studies in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. He holds postgraduate degrees in Commerce, Education Management, and Marketing Management. He is UGC-NET qualified in Education, Commerce, and Management, and earned his doctorate in Business and Management from JNU, Jaipur. With over 26 years of experience in teaching, academic administration, research, accreditation, and online education, Dr. Kumar is a dedicated lifelong learner. He has completed 11 certifications and refresher courses. He has been invited by various colleges and universities as a resource person, guest speaker, and keynote speaker at national and international programs 20 times. He has received 8 awards for his contributions to education and society. He has organized 29 faculty development programs at national and international levels. Dr. Kumar has authored 5 books, edited 14 books, contributed 28 book chapters, published 10 research papers, and holds 3 patents in the education domain. One of his research papers on “understanding different issues of the unit of analysis in business research” has received over 200+ citations on Google Scholar. He completed a marketing research and analysis course from IIT Roorkee under NPTEL in 2017, earning a gold medal with 93% marks. In addition to his teaching and administrative roles, Currently, he serves as the chief editor of two national journals, Edulink and The CTE National Journal. He is also involved in professional development organizations, serving as Program Director of the Social Development and Research Foundation (SDRF) and President of the Council for Teachers Professional Development (CTPD).
